About the Toledo Dystonia Zoo Day
DMRF’s nationwide, family-friendly Dystonia Zoo Days bring together community members and supporters to raise awareness and funds to support the DMRF’s mission, as well as provide important connection and information for those living with dystonia.
Dystonia Zoo Day participants receive a t-shirt and refreshments, and enjoy a program of speakers and activities before heading off to enjoy the zoo.
If you cannot attend in person but would like to support an individual participant or a team, please make a donation.
Cost: Fees: $25 for Adults / $15 for children (12 yrs and under) - registration includes zoo access, refreshments and a t-shirt
Date: Saturday, August 15, 2026 (held rain or shine)

Event Timeline: 9:00 AM ET - Registration opens
10:00 AM ET - Welcome and remarks
11:00 AM ET - Enjoy the zoo and spread the word about dystonia
Zoo Day T-shirts: Every registrant will receive a t-shirt but only registrants on teams of 10 or more will receive a personalized t-shirt with their team name. Teams must be completely registered by July 29 to ensure that your personalized team t-shirt will be available. All t-shirts will be available for pick-up at check-in on the morning of the event.
